It's a thing that you get in your hands from too much typing. Not cramps, but it's an actual medical thing. I'm hoping to get it by the time I'm thirty...

You don't only only get it from typing, you can also get it from many hand using sports, knife throwing, masturbation, some fighting, and masseuses can easily get it.
