Re: Hello to all
FYI this is how some spammers try to get in. Almost a dead giveaway when they want to "learn and gain some knowledge", as if that's what the forum is for.
And sure enough, Shown's next attempted post was to get you to download a "modified version of WhatsApp" to "get your thoughts on it". I also found the account details on stopforumspam.com, so I've banned it.

1. Instead of committing the arduous and agonizing task of live birth, they just pop out a load of eggs. How lazy.
2. The females are monstrosities without the decency to give milk to their young.
3. They are ectothermic weaklings that would die if they get a little too cold or a little too hot.
Still a thousand times better than koalas, though.

Hmm, okay, good points. But I still find lizards very handsome.
Koalas are weird but cute.

Re: Hello to all
I think there's a legitimate philosophy about that, don't remember where tho
Also , organisms on this planet are horrific. I challenge any of you to ever spend a few hours going down the rabbit whole on wikipedia about the actual taxonomy of life and what kind of incomprehensible horrors those various orders entail! Not only will you be surprised by what you thought you knew, but you will most likely be disgusted and filled with dread at how most living things are fucking scary. no clap.

Re: Hello to all
No joke. Been watching the new David Attenborough show "A Perfect Planet", and it's great, but there is that bit about a certain wasp and a certain fig, and you don't wanna know.....

Re: Hello to all
this reminded me of a meme i saw a while back that the final evolutionary form of an organism is a crab
you come into MY chilis, BARBECUE SAUCE ON YOUR TITTIES, and disrespect MY valentino white bag? fuck, i can't believe you've done this. you're disrespecting a FUTURE US army soldier - i think i know more about american girl dolls than you. ive got the power of god AND anime on my side!!!
Re: Hello to all
I try not to think of the fig wasps while I put fig-based jams on my toast, but the thought is always there. Always watching.atomtengeralattjaro wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 8:28 amNo joke. The evolutionary process is really just a means to accomplish carcinization

Truth.
All other organisms are just irregular mutations.

Re: Hello to all
there are no such things as "irregular" mutations. mutations themselves are irregular because they are, ya know, mutations. genetics is a wacky subject my dude

Re: Hello to all
what if a mutation was irregular because it behaved in a way unlike other mutations, yet still qualified as one? I believe that would count as an 'irregular mutation'. pedantics is a wacky subject my dude
