Okay, here's what I want. I want the sound that goes "BEHBEHBEHBEHBEHBEHBEH" from 2:00-2:03 in an MP3 file. I also want the images shown there in a GIF format (combined). What I want in the GIF is the man hitting the podium, and the other woman just staring at him.

Can anyone help with this?

youll have to download the youtube video, just do a google search for something like "downloading youtube videos"
download it as a flv file, find a video converter or use a editing program like sony vegas and export it as an mp4 for the video, and mp3 for the sound
