The original video on your hard drive, the non-youtube lowered quality...
What format do you want the sound clip in?!... And you do realise that a gif can only have 256 colors, so it might look ugly...

OOOOOHHHHH I get it now. I don't have the original video on my Hard Drive. I'm on a PS3. That's why I want someone to use the videodownloader FireFox extention to download the video so it can have that part cut up. I want a GIF and MP3. And yes I know, lesser quality.
