You are right, I would never use AI. Actually, I'll admit to my two greatest shames: When midjourney came out, I tried it out for a bit before getting bored. I apologise to everyone I have let down or otherwise hurt with my actions.

AI enthusiasts are tired of hyping up AI so they outsource the job to AI
people see that the hype is a little too AI-generated and start disregarding it/making fun of it.
