I think it's the computer I'm using. Sometimes it won't let me log out unless I restart my browser and it will log me out randomly, unless I choose to log in automatically every visit.

I've noticed the random logging out. Now, if I want it to reliably log out when I close the browser window, I open a private window/incognito window and choose the log in automatically option. Then when I'm done with the private window, I'm all logged out, because all the cookies are eliminated.
