I haven't yet. I have this funny thing about not wanting to watch Academy Award winning movies, because I'm always disappointed.

Silence of the Lambs was good... and as for Slumdog Millionaire I would highly recommend it, it's one of the best movies I've seen in a long time!

Good point, Silence of the Lambs was a very good movie and also won Best Picture. But I didn't think The Departed was all that and a bag of potato crisps. So not all Oscar-winning features are disappointing, but it seems like so many are. Crash, A Beautiful Mind, Lord of the Rings, Gladiator. Don't get me wrong, these were "okay" movies, but I wouldn't stamp them as best picture of the year.
