yesterday I watched clouds for a long time so here are my top cloud-watching albums:
1. Pinback - Summer In Abaddon (I was surprised that I'm still able to listen to that at all, but definitely the most cloudlike as it caused me to say, "I want to work in a contemporary design industry with quiet aliens".)
2. C418 - Zweitonegoismus (this is most epic while on a boat, but if you're not, then look at some clouds. it flows really well and gives a certain recollection of ultramodern AND organic architecture.)
3. Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon (what else can I say?)
4. Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin III (I was a bit surprised by this one too but I think the whole album gives a picture of dimensionality that is similar to that of clouds... or something)
5. The Who - Live At Leeds (they just sound so great live, and the way that the all sing together is ethereal when accompanied by the shafts of light that break through the clouds. and face it, Magic Bus is my jam)

And now I can count to 1023 with my fingers. It's awesome.

Next trick, have it handle negative numbers. Here's the rule:
The leftmost bit is negative, in the quantity that it would normally represent. For example, for 4 bits, 1000 would be -8. 1100 would be -7, because all others are positive. This will let it go from negative 8 to positive 7.

Ok I just had this wierd dream about ASDF.. CX came back and posted a new topic on the forum, telling people to stop following him outside of ASDF and that he was done with it. Then he started to say some weird stuff that caused controversy, which caused tom to mega spam and fill up the topic with his sig. Then the dream turned from a forum into an actual place with everyone there.. Can't remember anything else

I understand, but I'd have to make it 5 bit to allow for -9 through 9, right? 4 bit supports only 15 combinations and I'd need 19...

I think he means to allow for signed and unsigned integers. so instead of going from 0 to 15, you would go from -8 to 7.

You can do 5 bits if you want. That would allow for -16 to 15.
