It's already sticky, stickiness means it stays on top of the topic list even if it's not the newest topic to be replied to. You can tell that a topic is sticky if it has this icon next to it:

As opposed to regular topics which have one of these:

(the fire thingy just means it's "hot" because it's been more active recently, I think)

(not sure what the little red star means, maybe it's there if you have posted in that topic)

php is a server-side scripting language. "php" means "php hypertext preprocessor", which means "php hypertext preprocessor hypertext preprocessor", which means "php hypertext preprocessor hypertext preprocessor hypertext preprocessor", and so on and so on... it's a recursive acronym (although I just learned that php originally stood for "Personal Home Page" before it got popular).
"Hypertext" stands for HTML, the stuff your browser turns into what looks like a webpage, and "preprocessing" just means it cobbles that HTML together on the server before sending it to your machine.

The "bb" part in phpbb means bulletin board, just another phrase for message board or forum. It is a message board software (https://www.phpbb.com/) that runs on php.

Come children, is time to hear a story of how Vraiment learnt to program... back when Vraiment was a young taco, barely a simple tortilla there was another forum Vraiment used to visit under another name, there Vraiment was in awe of all the goodies you could do with this amazing software called XMB (short for eXtreme Message Boards) those were the times (seriously took me like two entire days to remember the name of the software)

So Vraiment downloaded the XMB software and went through a webpage called "web development" in Spanish, Vraiment remembers how hard was for him to wrap his mind around the idea of a database (why not just use files?) or comments
