well, technically, if they weren't put there, four other letters would be there...

do they stand for something BEFORE the fact that they are the first four on the second row??

No, I was bored at the time and couldn't think of anything else stupid to say. I'm done with high school come Thursday, so I'm letting out all of my stupidity.
