Suggestion about hall of fame/shame

I think that those halls of "something" should be closed from writing new posts in it. I dont know, but i think that 45 pages of comments are too much. Instead of that there should be pool archive where people vote if somebody should be in the hall of fame/shame.........What you think about that?
