Short version, Astra would like to rejoin the forums. But... She has forgotten her password and my stupid computer won't work with the forgot password button. So... Just wondering if you could reset her password.

if I were and admin or a cracker I'd gladly help you, but in the mean time:

do you know her personally? if so, i can set her password to something that I'll send you via a PM. (she should change it afterwards ofc.)

You could also reset it and send it to her email. I believe, as admin, you can do things like that from the admin control panel.

You should be able to send members emails from the admin control panel. Just tell her what her new password is.

all email addresses are visible in profiles.. well at least for me. silly me.

edit: well, the email doesn't work..

How are you going to tell Astra then?

I'm not thinking of a really secure way to do it. If her email address is invalid, that would explain why the reset password option isn't working...
