InterWeb acquaintances,

Two of my good friends asked me if I would officiate their wedding this fall. I need to know how to become ordained as a minister in the Church of ASDF. My friends are not religious so I thought ASDFism was as good as any religion for my ordination. Any recommendations?

Reading the Book of ASDF is certainly a requirement
But according to the forum ranks you are already past the rank of ASDF High Priest (postcount 2200-3000), so I doubt there would be any objections to your priestening.
It is recommended to join the Temple of ASDF usergroup though.

I would also spend some time meditating/thinking/walking/talking/running/doing stuff to get a closer connection to ASDF and get some ideas about what you will say.

The Church of ASDF would first need to exist as a registered religious organization, I would think.

I would suggest the church that John Oliver created, but it appears to have shut down.

If you need to be ordained as a minister of some religious organization, make sure it's recognized where the marriage will take place.

the guy oficiating the wedding means nothing but officiating vows. so if they believe in asdfism the church should approve it
