asdf in scrabble

Post by zeldaalltheway » Thu May 14, 2009 8:54 pm

Hi, everyone! :)
My name is zeldaalltheway, but if you want you can call me josh.
I'm new, so I don't know if anyone has asked this, but...

On asdf.com, before you get to the forums, there's a little line of text saying that asdf would be 8 points in scrabble.
Me and my friends got into an argument about whether I was allowed to use it or not, so we agreed to ask you guys.
What do you think?

Welcome to the ASDForums™! ASDF will take care of you from now on... :D

As for the question, I believe that you should definitely allow ASDF to be a part of Scrabble, but I guess it also depends on your friends, if everyone agrees on it then it you should :)

I think that ASDF in scrabble should automatically win the game.

although I think that ASDF is not in the scrabble dictionary, so if you want to stick to the "rules" I guess ASDF shouldn't count (*gasp*).

NOT using ASDF in scrabble is like going to meat spin. You just don't do it.

Not using asdf in scrabble is equivalent to rickrolling yourself 50 times while upside down

I think he got the point... But be aware that not everything on that page is true...
