This may seem hard to understand, but the example will make it better.
Introduction and Rules-
First up, you are given/you stole the present. The user below you steals it from you, and so on.
On June the 25th it is allowed to be opened. The last person to have the present opens it, and wins the game. And this is the first person to post on June the 25th or after. So, if no one posted on June the 25th, but then a person posts on June the 26th, that person who posted on June the 26th opens it.
Technically, the first one to post on June the 25th or after, wins.
Example-
Poster 1: I have the present!
Poster 2: No you don't.
Poster 3: LOLNO.
Poster 4: Maybe I'll win!
Poster 5: COOKIE!!!!
And so on, until the last person to post before June the 25th happens appears.
