3. If aliens tried to contact us, which means they are intelligent, they would either plunder our resources (which they may not find on their planet) and we will be little resistance to them... Or they might find that we're a nice addition to their community, or just for the reason that all available technologies make their life boring and they find us interesting... But most likely, if they were that intelligent, they would have found a way to travel through time and create wormholes and such, which means they could get their resources from somewhere else easily so they wouldn't need to contact us... Or they might know of our existence, but cannon contact us as they live in a lower dimension, or we cannot observe them if they are in a higher dimension...
4. The human mind is always trying to find the closest match, so we recognise faces in a heap of rocks and stuff... The same way people see ufo's when they don't... People who haven't heard of UFO's, don't see them... People who have recently seen them in movies are far more likely to see one... It's the way the human mind works... The number of UFO reports increased the last decades due to the increase of people on the world, better communication, more electromagnetic fields that influence the mind, ... I don't blame them, but I don't believe them... Some will go out of their mind trying to create realistic footage of UFO's...
5. Ditto T... We aren't dropped of as we are now... But most likely we came down as one cell-bacteria and evolved and stuff...

3. This is very hard to answer as the aliens may be very different from humans, they would perhaps try to create peace, if they could talk to us... Or maybe just destroy us at first sight. I don't know, it all depends on what the aliens are so to say...

1. I believe the possibility is rather good for 'aliens' to exist.

1.) I do believe that aliens exist.
2.) No, but that would be cool!
3.) I'm sure they would try to make peace first, after all if they ARE real, they've been watching for generations.
4.)There ARE some crazy people out there...but, if the story is sincere, then I would believe them.
5.) Possibly. Just because I'm Catholic, doesn't mean I have to believe that God placed us here as we are...
