No...

Step by step... First I made a white background (duh), created a new layer and added a blue to white gradient on the top... Then I made that shape with the Pen tool in a new layer, transformed it into a selection, painted it with that blue and added Bevel and Emboss... Duplicated it, took out B&E, selected it, painted it black, Edit>Transform>Perspective, set it to that angle, moved it to the bottom of the original one and erase the edges a bit for that effect... There was the shadow... Made a rectangular selection, painted it green, Move tool, Alt + Dragging with Shift for an aligned copy.. Did that a few times, then I took one of those, Ctrl + T to make it vertical and duplicated it a few times the same way... Merged those layers.. Erased the edges... Ctrl + Shift + N for new layer.. Made a cheap-ass selection cuz I was getting lazy, and added a green-to-transparent slightly above the tninger...
