No actually I don't because it depends on the goal and purpose of what you're trying to make up. Everyone knows Ninjas are super awesome and cool, and there are no elite ninjas because all ninjas are elite. And I kung-fu came into my head because of a giant panda failing at Kung-fu. Exactly. If you see a pirate you know what he's going to do and how you can kill it. But not with a ninja. A ninja is the representation of fear, you're in constant danger, you don't know when they're around and when they are you're dead. They don't attack twice. They don't need to.
