I'm 15 in December, and he's doing things like disconnecting internet, not letting me go out with my friends, he never stops calling me a piece of shit.
He also doesn't let me eat good food, or have a decent dinner with the rest of the family. He always taking and hiding my stuff, like my DS, and my school books. He always takes my money if I have any, and if I try to hide it, he raids my room, and finds it anyway. He also comes into my room in the middle of the night, screaming at me for on reason.

He cannot harm you when you've called the police. Just do it from your mobile or a payphone quite far away from your house so he doesn't smack you up when he sees the police walking up to his door.
