"Meh I need some rest, see ya," BenBen says, walking off towards the hot springs, before realsing he didn't know the elf's name. "I'm sorry," he says, walking back, "What did you say your name was again?"

BJ enters the bar and requests to see the owner.

manticore walks out she appears as a young girl of about 7ish but most hunters know that manticores are monsters with a scorpions tail a wolfs face and jaws a hawks eyes a lions body and mane as well as viscious claws designed to skin human prey from which they get their human disguise from tho the manticore running the bar is relativly vegetarian "so you came about the wanted poster no doubt please follow me to the vip lounge where we will talk buisness" said manticore in a sickly sweet and childish voice laced with a subtle poison on each and every word as she went to the vip lounge.

[Gamma]

Gamma chuckles a little and says, "My name is Gamma. Nice to meet you. I think I'm going to go investigate this Shellion creature."
He heads off for the main gate.

caravaner steve is running around the main gate searching for hunters.

Gamma approaches the bustling caravaner. He calls out, "Tell me, are you Caravaner Steve?"

BJ moves his ring closer to his box, in case there was any funny business. He followed Manticore into the VIP lounge, sat down, and began talking. "So, what does the job entail?"

"oh so you have decided to kill the shellion its on the other side of the landshark plains... the landsharks hate the shellion because it eats their young so they are restless at the moment...kill them or let them be your choice just go kill it" said steve as he began to settle down.

(manticore)
manticore sits down before continuing "The Giant Albino Bull Landshark is an anomaly among Landsharks its giant mass scares away predators and it can be a truly fearsome beast when angered capable of launching high pressure streams of water using magic making it among the more dangerous species of Landsharks if it weren't a gentle giant being calm and passive unless its kin are threatened so lets hope no one kill its kin or they and you will most probably die and now's where I tell you the objective of the hunt to collect one of its obsidian horns and bring it back where I can use the horn among other ingredients to make a very expensive order that has come in....but there is one condition if the Giant Albino Bull Landshark dies the horn becomes useless so you need to convince it to jettison its horn by tricking it that its stuck in something...and its shellion season so be wary the land sharks are on high alert and if you kill them the Giant Albino Bull Landshark will find and kill you" says manticore as she walks back to the bar before turning "From the way your hearts beating I would say you don't trust me but if you need to know I'm still a child among manticores I haven't even tasted human blood yet and never will because I'm more or less able to suppress that urge and I'm an ex-master hunter...heh the best monster hunters are a bit of a monster themselves ironic isn't it...well goodbye sir and good luck but if you do die out there I'm the one who has to clean up the pieces" said manticore in a very sickly sweet and innocent voice.

likes: lesser kin, loud noises, rain, fish

BJ left the bar and decided on his strategy. He would make it look as though he would be killing another landshark, to try and draw in the target. He left town and began roaming the plains. He discovered his plan wasn't needed, because there was the target, sitting right in the open. BJ brought activated his helmet box, bringing it up so he had some protection. He then grabbed a rock and threw it at the target. It spun round and saw BJ, who began running. As he ran, BJ spotted a small yet thick branch. Deciding on his plan, he scooped the branch as he ran. He then spun and face the Giant, allowing it's horn to get dangerously close. At the last second, BJ lifted the branch, impaling it with the horn. BJ then lifted his feet off the ground and braced himself on the beast's head as he was flung around while it attempted to shake him loose. Eventually, he fell to the floor, plank and horn in hand. He sighed in relief, before realising he had been swarmed by the rest of the landsharks. "Oh dear..." he muttered before running towards the Giant and running over it. He sprang off it's back and landed running on the ground, making for the nearby woods. He leapt at a tree and scrambled p it. While waiting for the sharks to abandon hope, he began prying loose the horn.

(Seriously, Bunchie? The water-based landsharks are resistant to fire, and now the fire-based shellion thing is resistant to fire. Is it just me, or have I had the good luck to choose the worst element in the situation?)
Gamma thanks the caravaner, then heads off.
"God, I am really, really sick of fire-resistant monsters. Oh well. A job's a job."
He heads off to the far side of the landshark plains.

(when your element won't work find somethings that does so what nearby creature protects landsharks has both powerful water magic and piercing attacks and since shellions eat landshark pups would enrage said creature who will fight for you) (aka the monsters and the environment make great enemies unless your fighting their enemy)(aka again the enemy of my enemy is my friend) [aka use the Giant Albino Bull Landshark]

(Thanks for the tip. Didn't notice that the big one protected the pups.)
Gamma decides to take advantage of the fact that the shellion ate landshark pups. He changes direction and jogs towards a landshark-populated area of the plains.

side skit: "damn it Yuri why did you do that now I'm embarresed people saw me like that" said a very angry Victor "don't let it bother you shorty try to repress the memory like we both did that night a year ago...damn I just remembered it"

"Woooooooh" said a very drunk Yuri and Victor as they partied at a night club

2 Days later
"where the hell am I" says Victor who has woken up in the middle of a salt lake with a mustache drawn on his face, his hair shaven off and with a tattoo on his chest while he was dressed in a toga "Yuri did this" says victor before being hit by a car.

meanwhile in a cave
"how the hell did I get here" said a very angry Yuri "I GOT A TATTOO! WHAT THE *BLEEP* WHO THE HELL DID THIS I'M GONNA KILL THEM" yelled Yuri who had woken up in a cave wearing a maid outfit covered in blood with a monocle and a body painted tuxedo while something made a "SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" sound "WHO THE HELL WOULD DO THIS AND WHATS MAKING THE SSSSSSS NOISE ITS DRIVING ME NUTS" yells Yuri then the ssss noise stops "OH YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME" yells Yuri before a loud explosion is made when the creeper explodes "DAMN VICTOR HE DID THIS" yells Yuri before being hit by a car.

"wait why did we both get hit by a car" says Yuri and Victor simultaneously.

BJ finally pries the horn out of the wood, but the landsharks are sttill under the tree, He throws the branch and it makes a rustling noise when it lands, sending some of the landsharks away. BJ sighs, before he leaps tree to tree in an attempt to make it back to town. Fortunately, the landsharks don't notice. He drops out of a tree and sorints for the bar. He bursts in, panting, and looks for the owner.

"back already huh well give me the horn and I can make the order and your reward" said manticore as she took the horn and placed it on the bench she then revealed her claws and began slicing up the horn she then crafted one piece of horn into a medallion "take this as a part of your reward its has life force from the Giant Albino Bull Landshark embedded in it it will make excellent trophy" said manticore as she continued by powdering the horn placing it into a bottle and adding a wide array of deadly ingredients then shaking the dangerous mixture until it turned a light cloudy blue "the horn purifies any poison into a drinkable substance because of the water magicks in it" said manticore before handing the rest of the rewards to BJ : 1 bottle of manticore venom, 2 vials of manticore blood and a manticore claw "these can be used in weapon and armor crafting as well as summon creating materials" said manticore before giving BJ the blue liqueur if your heading back to the hot springs give this to the woman in lodge number 8 and if my info is correct you and the other new hunters are lodged their as well" said manticore before going back to the bar.

BJ bows his head in thanks before leaving for the hot springs. "That job was kinda fun... More challenging than I expected though..." BJ muttered, and before he knew it, he was at the lodges. BJ searched for room 8, and when he found it, he knocked.

[Gamma]

(ROFL, creeper! Creepers are abused. They're actually quite friendly.)
Gamma discovers the Albino Bull Landshark, but it seems to have something missing. He realizes that it doesn't have a horn. He raises an eye.
"So. A hunter already reached it. Hm... how am I going to get it to listen to me?"
He pulls out the brief paper from his pocket. He looks it over, his eyes resting on what the landshark likes. He smiles, then pulls out a shrill whistle. First, though, he takes off his landshark armor, hiding it behind the tree. He jumps down and begins blowing hard on the whistle. It makes a loud, screeching noise that is easily heard. The huge, white monster turns around. He blows harder. It stares at him, probably wondering what a monster hunter was doing sitting in front of an angry giant landshark and blowing on a whistle. Gamma blows until his breath is out, then puts the whistle aside. He brings up a drawing of the shellion. The landshark is thankfully rather intelligent, and it begins to growl and become agitated. He tears up the sheet of paper. The landshark cocks it's head. He points to it, then to the other landsharks, then to him, then pulls out his knife and stabs it into the torn piece of paper. The landshark becomes agitated again, but in a less nervous way and a more excited way. He smiles.

(lodge
"oh the delivery is here" said a familiar voice the door opens and Yuri appears "uh your one of the new hunters right well thank you for delivering the blue Liqueur to me as a reward I'll tell you a secret doing consecutive missions for people will give them a better impression of you this means they may even send gifts" said Yuri before going back to the sofa.

(landshark plains)

{quick fact: it is always useful to find monsters that are enemies to the one your hunting because most make great allies if you do things they like or give them things they want there may even be gifts for befriending a species}

[Gamma]

Gamma blows the whistle a few more times, then begins running the landshark at his side. He bounds over a log and continues running until he reaches the other side of the plains. He sees a cave with a large amount of noise coming from it, so he sneaks over and peeks in. Inside is the shellion, snoring loudly. He signals for the landshark. Taking an arrow, he tiptoes over to its face and readies two more. He jams all three into the beast's nose, then sets fire to a corner and runs outside. It is preoccupied by the fire, so Gamma sends the landshark in. Since its horn is missing, he backs it up with arrows from his bow. Eventually, it dies, so Gamma takes a piece of its skin and allows the landshark to tear up the body. He walks back to the prairie, blowing on the whistle. He thinks to himself, Heh. Who would have thought that I'd make friends with a giant landshark?
He chuckles and continues walking.

BJ leaves the lodge after thanking Yuri. He then returns to the bar to find out if there are any more jobs available that weren't posted on the board. He finds the owner. "Hey, are there any more jobs available?" he asks.
