Well, I technically can't spend my 1 million dollars since I live in the communist cow land of communism (The land of the best communist fries).
If I had 1 million dollars in a non-communist country, I would put it in the bank and w8 till I earn 500 billion dollars from interest and allocate half of that to NASA and ask them to find a planet that can sustain life and ask them to launch all the cows there. I'll use the other 250 billion dollars into feeding the cows... I am actually half way there.

And to answer your question, I would buy genetically modify a sheep to have wings, then get a pet wolf.

It says what would you do with a million dollars, not what would you do if you randomly got one million dollars free of charge. it did not specify how you happened to obtain the money.
