the day Silas Glass turned sixteen years old
the young boy was not given silver, nor gold
a ladder from God to escape from the wall
the sun must come up or Silas will fall
up at the top, such a staggering height
and now so far up, there was no need to fight
but so much beyond in the lands far away
made Silas remember he had but a day.

Our house it has a crowd.
There's always something happening
And it's usually quite loud.
Our mum she's so house-proud;
Nothing ever slows her down
And a mess is not allowed.
Our house, in the middle of our street.
