'Pending Moderator Approval' help?

I just need to ask one thing:
Is it always going to pend a Moderators approval every time I post a reply?

Atom you should change the "Pending Moderator Approval" page, make it more clearer and explain to all the new members so they don't all do this. :

We have this so that normal users don't have to see stuff like this:

Atom you should change the "Pending Moderator Approval" page, make it more clearer and explain to all the new members so they don't all do this. :

i can't change that page. All i can do is give reasons for disapprovals, or tick in "notify user about approval/disapproval" so it sends an email afterwards.
