I've ran into a problem.. I haven't explicitly set a rule about who can vote.
Should we allow someone with only 3 posts to vote?

The rule should be: IF you know at least 30% of people here, you can vote.

I just voted.

Since it's the 2011 awards, as a minimum only members who joined before January 1, 2012 should be able to vote.

What did we do in the past? I assume when we had PM votes people with very few posts could vote.

well i originally set the 30th to be the deadline, and i'm not sure who hasn't voted yet, i'll look into it. it might be earlier.
