So in the U.S. we have Swiss bank accounts, and in Hungary you have Seychellen bank accounts. Interdasting.

I guess the best way to keep your money secure is to find the furthest neutral country away from you possible and keep it there.

nah, the Seychelles are mostly a place for offshore fictious companies to launder money through. Not sure about the banks. The Swiss bank account phenomenon is worldwide, i think.
