The Youtube Thread
Re: The Youtube Thread
Yikes. I liked it better the other way, when I didn't have to see the scariness.

Re: The Youtube Thread
I don't watch TV and I use adblock for most of youtube, so it's been a while since I've seen a funny ad.

I had not seen any of those advertisements but did a total ROFLMAO on the dog/dinner one. A great laugh, thanks for sharing Mr. Engeralattjaro!
BTW, assdog would totally do that.

Re: The Youtube Thread
I don't adblock, but I usually click on the "skip ad" button as soon as it pops up. A lot of the time, that's before the advertiser has introduced whatever it is they're advertising.

Re: The Youtube Thread
i'm using a firefox userscript to help whitelist specific youtube channels on adblock so they don't get blocked. I use it for the channels I semi-regularly watch and want to support.
Still, I barely see any ads, I guess most of them are area-dependent.

Re: The Youtube Thread
My toddler now knows how to skip YouTube ads on the smart phone. She just waits for the "Skip Ad" button to come up and taps it. I was super proud.
