have you ever wondered how if the rules of physics determines everything and the outcomes of atomic arrangements and movement might be deterministic what is free will and stuff I mean are we living in a system that can only have some predetermined outcome based on what happened previously that choices and stuff or something idk I lost track of what I was saying lol anyway how many pizzas should we get or do we even really have a choice in the matter I mean obviously we should get all the pizzas right

I'm going to do something radical and refer to the original question of this thread:

3D gives my wife headaches, and I don't especially like it, so we go to the 2D version of movies (when we go to movies) and sometimes try to guess what scenes would look coolest in 3D.

I usually want to wear contact lenses if I'm going to a 3D movie as having the 3D glasses outside the normal glasses is not ideal. I wouldn't say it ruins the experience or anything. As for 3D vs 2D I'd say that there isn't much difference. It gives slightly more immersion if it's well done and there can be some cool effects, but it's not something that makes or breaks the movie.

3D has always sucked in my opinion......until i saw the Hobbit movies in 3D.....IT BLEW ME AWAY how awesome and smooth it was......the only way i can describe the 3D experience of The hobbit movies is like this........it wasnt stuff JUMPING OUT at you......it was more like looking through a window.....i wasnt watching a flat screen anymore....i was gazing out over a vast deep landscape.....after i saw the first one in 3D i was convinced i had to see the other two in 3D as well....when people ask me my favorite scenes from the movies.....my answer is never what they expect....because i enjoyed the aerial views spanning a vast landscape of field and trees and just the wargs riding from point a to point b......or the scene where all they are doing is crawling across the roof tops.....it was in my opinion magnificently done for a 3D movie/s

I could maybe do that, except I don't like the idea of putting a foreign object in my eyes.

Which is why (in addition to the headaches) we'd just as well not spend the extra money and just go to the 2D version.

I got lucky in that our theater here has 3d glasses that work for people with glasses.

3D makes me dizzy. Also, It's really hard to fit the glasses on my face because I always wear sunglasses.

The last time I went to one of those movies, a child three rows up would cry every time his mom put the glasses on him but would also cry without them because, "the movie looks all wrong."

Also I dropped my 3D glasses because my real glasses kept knocking them off.

Pronouns: Well it shouldn't really be that complicated if you go over my post history but then... why are you searching through my post history? Don't you think you are over complicating something as simple as just referring to me? Why are you like this? Is it just out of boredom? Does your religion require it? You could just assume them and skip all this paragraph, don't worry an eldritch horror won't appear out of nowhere to eat you (or me for that matter) if you get this wrong, the worst that can happen is I ignore you and even in that case you can try again! There shouldn't be that many options anyway so if you get it wrong the first time try again and again. Bottom line is: you just lost a bunch of time reading this paragraph for something as trivial as figuring out how to refer to me when you could just have deduced it which should make you think your life choices so far.

This is discrimination against us, people who wear glasses.

Also I don't think 3D adds anything to the móviles and is annoying to use two pair of glasses.
