depends on wether or not your body is actually exposed to vacuum, in which case it would be profoundly difficult for you to scream, let alone stay alive, but even if you did, if we define screaming as emitting a certain kind of sound, then no, it wouldn't happen, there would be no medium to vibrate.

Your vocal cords would still vibrate if you managed to keep the air in your lungs, as would your body. You might hear yourself scream, but the sound wouldn't emit any farther than you.

what if when you scream you don't emit sound, you emit laser beams because your're actually a robot and you were sent to space because it was determined that it was safer to send a robot into space rather than people. But then the laser beams actually hit someone on earth because it was a super power laser and then because the robot was so far away that by the time the beam hit and killed the person the robot had already disintegrated due to space radiation or whatever. Who should be held responsible for the person's death? Also the robot was sentient (maybe?) because hypothetical ethics questions just roll like that.
