I also like strawberries, blueberries, apples, bananas, mandarins, clementines, peaches, pears, pineapples, plums, apricots, cherries and grapes!
When I translated this sentence, I checked it out, because "mandarins" and "clementines" Google translated have the same meaning

Didn't realize there were so many varieties, so interesting.

I used to hate spicy food, but now I am starting to like it. I don't know how much my spice tolerance is though, I have only ever had Bell Pepper (0 Scoville, not even a spicy pepper) and Jalapeno (which is apparently about 5000 Scoville). I may have eaten others without knowing their names.

Hot peppers do not grow in Canada, but they are easy to acquire.
I don't know about Scoville, because I haven't seen this standard in my daily life, maybe I saw a video about Scoville on the Internet, but I don't remember clearly. In restaurants, there are generally distinctions between mild spicy, medium spicy, and heavy spicy.

I remembered an interesting incident: I used to go to dinner with my classmates, the boss asked us how spicy we wanted, and I joked that the spicy butt was spicy. In the end the dish was so full of chilli that we didn't eat well.

Seafood is very expensive in Canada, even though I think it can be obtained in large amounts all along the coast.

I do not think I have had crayfish, but I have had Shrimp many times.

Just a couple days ago I had Octopus, Snail and Lobster Tail for the first time! I liked all of them except for the Snail. The Snail was prepared badly, so it did not have a good taste or texture.

I am sure you can eat crayfish here, but you would have to look for it. It is not common, I believe.
Seafood is also expensive in our country, but I mean prawns that live in the river, the red ones, the kind with two claws.
"Lobster" is very similar to the "crayfish" I said, but "Lobster" lives in the sea, and is much larger than "crayfish", and the price is also much more expensive.
Except for the snails, I have never eaten them, and the other tastes are very good. I am very curious about the taste of snails.

I like watermelons. They do not grow in Canada, and are quite expensive (not as much as seafood)

Fruit in Canada is often very bland because it is ripened in a transport truck using a sun lamp, rather than on a proper farm. This is because it can take a long time to transport fruit, and they do not want it to rot. However, this means we get fruit which has very little flavor, unless we buy locally (which is possible for some fruits that survive the climate, or that are grown in greenhouses)

My favorite fruits are probably raspberries. They also suffer in quality, but we do grow them here so it is possible to buy it more fresh if you look for local product. However, it is more expensive to buy Ontario raspberry.

I also like strawberries, blueberries, apples, bananas, mandarins, clementines, peaches, pears, pineapples, plums, apricots, cherries and grapes!
I've never had raspberries, but I've had a lot of fudge in this flavor.
Watermelon is produced in a large amount here, so it is very cheap. If it is a fruit that needs to be transported, the price will be higher.

I like to eat all fruits. Have you ever eaten mango and durian? Durian is much more expensive than other fruits in our country. The production of mangoes in Panzhihua, Sichuan is very large, and the mangoes of this variety are particularly large, which is very enjoyable to eat.

It is very interesting to me when I hear what people in other countries eat, because it makes me want to try their cuisine and appreciate their food

My city has many Chinese restaurants, but I do not know if they are authentic. I have had a couple bad experiences, so I have decided to only buy from authentic restaurants. It also means I will get a more accurate taste.
It's a pity that I haven't seen any Canadian food here, maybe you can show me what the food looks like? But the price of Chinese restaurants abroad may be much more expensive, and the taste of Chinese food in different regions of our country will be different.

Didn't realize there were so many varieties, so interesting.
I haven't seen some of those, either!

My mother loves grapefruit, but I do not care for it.
In restaurants, there are generally distinctions between mild spicy, medium spicy, and heavy spicy.
That is the same here. Scoville is a scientific measurement not used in daily life. I just mentioned it because I considered it an absolute standard, since "mild" and "heavy" can be different depending on what you are eating.
Seafood is also expensive in our country, but I mean prawns that live in the river, the red ones, the kind with two claws.
"Lobster" is very similar to the "crayfish" I said, but "Lobster" lives in the sea, and is much larger than "crayfish", and the price is also much more expensive.
I have had the seafaring one just once, but never the one from rivers.

I would like to try more kinds of seafood, because it is very interesting.
I am very curious about the taste of snails.
The ones I had were unique but most similar to mushrooms. They were mostly earthy. Unfortunately they were overcooked, so I do not know if proper snails actually taste like that.
I've never had raspberries, but I've had a lot of fudge in this flavor.
I do not actually like raspberry fudge, or any fruit and chocolate together. I feel like the two flavors are not delicious when combined, and are even a little bit unpleasant because they are both very rich.

My favorite chocolate is milk chocolate. I do not like dark chocolate, but I occasionally try some to see if I can find any I like

Unfortunately, chocolate made in Canada is often not of high quality, but you can get very good chocolate from Switzerland for more money but not too much more. Swiss chocolate is extremely delicious.
Have you ever eaten mango and durian? Durian is much more expensive than other fruits in our country. The production of mangoes in Panzhihua, Sichuan is very large, and the mangoes of this variety are particularly large, which is very enjoyable to eat.
That is interesting! I now know that Sichuan has a strong mango industry! Hurray for learning!

I have had mangoes and I like them very much. I forgot to mention, because I do not have them often.

My mother enjoys buying mango sticky rice from a nearby Thai restaurant. I have tried some and it is very good. Sticky rice is really good, and I like it more than other rice that I have had.

I would eat a durian if I had the chance, but I worry that I would not like the smell. I have heard that durian has a very bad smell to some people.
It's a pity that I haven't seen any Canadian food here, maybe you can show me what the food looks like?
Canada has a couple famous foods, but in general our diet is similar to the diet of our southern neighbors, the Americans.

As a diet: We eat a lot of dairy (cow) and meat (cow, pig, chicken). We eat Wheat but not Rice (which is different from Eastern countries, I have heard). the most common vegetables are probably corn and potatoes. Corn is native to the New World and potatoes grow anywhere and are very hardy.

The most culturally iconic of Canadian food is probably Poutine or Maple Syrup. Maple Syrup is made from the sap of maple trees, which grow here in some places. Poutine is a mixture of Beef Gravy, Potato Fries (called 'French Fries') and Cheese Curds (real cheese curds will make a squeaking noise when chewed).

Maple Syrup is incredibly expensive, and Poutine is about as expensive as burgers and fries but also as filling and can be more delicious.

I can send some pictures of maple syrup and poutine.

But the price of Chinese restaurants abroad may be much more expensive, and the taste of Chinese food in different regions of our country will be different.
Chinese food is normally about as expensive as common "fast food" (also called "takeout"). This is more expensive than making food at home, but groceries have also become extremely expensive. It is harder and harder to afford food, which is very scary for poor people. Thankfully, we still have enough income to afford a comfortable quality of life.

I do not know what expensive Chinese food would cost. It might be very high, or very reasonable. I have not seen.

I love chocolate, I have never had Swiss chocolate. The main ones sold here are Dove chocolates, which taste very good, but unfortunately the calories are too high, so I can't eat too much.

Mango sticky rice, I have never eaten it, is it sweet, but I have eaten pineapple rice.
Glutinous rice is usually eaten as zongzi, or made into rice cakes and other foods

Durian tastes delicious! I suggest you try it!

As novel as this sounds, the chips I had were only dipped in ketchup.

Chinese food is usually not very expensive, and different people can choose different lifestyles.
However, it is really sad to have no money.

I am reciting English words and learning C language recently.

I will go to college in one month, and I think my grades must not fall behind.

Programming is very difficult. A few years ago, I planned to eventually start a career as a programmer, but I changed my plans after looking at the industry. It seems very abusive.

I still have slightly practiced the Python language, but only for personal use.

In Canada, it is necessary to have a certain average grade to get into many colleges or universities. Is this also true in China?

I left my summer job early a few weeks ago (it was too difficult and the boss was very cruel), but I made a friend there. He also mentioned that he needed to increase his grades to get into university for this coming semester. Fortunately, I got news a few days ago that he has succeeded. This is great because it means we will be going to the same school in the future. Hurray!

I hope this gives you confidence in your own situation, if you were worried about anything at all!

I have finished my military training, which made me tan a lot.
Now I'm at home and I really want to say "Long time no see" hahaha

Regarding python, my grades in this course were quite good when I was in vocational high school, but I may not have learned it in depth enough.

I am still memorizing many English words. We can take Japanese or English as an elective in college. Even though I like Japanese animation, I will not choose it because the application scope of Japanese is too small. I still choose to learn English.

In China, there is a distinction between college and undergraduate degrees. Undergraduate degrees usually require higher grades. It should be roughly the same.

Congratulations, I also have a former friend in college. He and I were classmates in high school and lived in the same dormitory (we also lived together in high school).

How is your college life?

That seems to be the correct choice.

I like Japanese animation too, but I would not learn a language just for that. Since, in aggregate, the Japanese economy appears to be stagnating it is probably unwise to invest in them over English-speaking opportunities.

Japanese is rarely spoken outside of Japan, so there is no reason to learn it unless you plan to work in Japan (which I have already established as a not great choice)

It seems to be the same or similar. So, in your language, I would be taking the undergraduate degree - not college.

My school life is not doing very well right now. I am having a lot of difficulties coping with anxiety, and managing my time efficiently. Hopefully I can turn it around, school is extremely important.

My good friend, you can definitely do it! I also encountered some problems when I first entered the school. After solving them, looking back it was not a big deal.

A person's life is both long and short. No one's life is the same. You don't have to spend too much anxiety. At the same time, you can make your own time plan, provided that this plan suits you.

There is another sentence for you: "If you can't catch the sunrise in the early morning, you might as well go and watch the sunset in the evening."

School is equally important to me. I find various things for myself to do so that I don’t spend time in a daze and worry about the future.

I hope you and I have a wonderful life

Yes, we got snow recently.

I have not been outside much in the last couple weeks, so I do not know exactly when the snow started.

My best guess is the first snow was five to fifteen days ago. I lost track of time for a while because I was not sleeping properly.

How have you been lately? I hope you are well

Wow, can you give me a look? If privacy is involved, forget it.
It’s not snowy enough here yet, but I’m looking forward to the snow this year.

I've been staying at school lately because I joined the lab to prepare for the smart car competition.
I learned a lot in the laboratory. With seniors and teachers helping me, I made rapid progress.

Brother, your physical condition does not look very good. I can talk about my recent habits. I hope it will be helpful to you:
Go for a morning run on an empty stomach at seven in the morning, then have breakfast and go to class.
I go to the gym from five to six in the evening for strength training.
After dinner, I went back to the laboratory and stayed there until ten o'clock. I went back to the dormitory to take a shower, and went to bed on time at eleven o'clock.
Staying at school might make me unable to sleep, but I always fall asleep before twelve o'clock.

I am doing well, I think of you in my free time, and hope you are well too.
You can drink a little more milk, it helps.
Wishing you well again!

I'd like to fulfill your request, but I think it would be difficult to get a good picture.
I also don't really want to post my neighborhood online, because a lot of spambots pester this site and I don't know what they can do with that info

Awesome! I am hopeful for the future of smart cars, but right now they seem sadly unreliable - from what I've seen.

The feeling of making rapid progress is a great feeling!

My physical condition has indeed been quite bad lately. With my poor sleep schedule, I stopped taking my medication. This caused me a lot of problems, mostly mental but some physical.
I was not eating or drinking properly. I also was not showering, and was extremely sedimentary because I felt very depressed and exhausted.

The other day I spoke with my mother, and I feel a lot better now since I have regained my equilibrium. I am now working on finishing my work, but I have already lost a lot of grades. Hopefully, I can pull things together before the winter break.

This seems to be a regular thing for me, now. Every three months or so I spiral into a period of low energy and focus. I think I need to increase my medication dosage, and maybe try a new medication to help me. I hate changing medication though, because every time I do I feel like dog shit for a few weeks, and it often turns out that the new medication is worse than the old ones.
I am doing well, I think of you in my free time, and hope you are well too.
You can drink a little more milk, it helps.

I think of you too. I enjoy talking to you because you are very kind to me and also I find it interesting to learn about people from other countries!

I really love milk (my mother buys like six to twelve liters per week, which me and my brother share) - but since COVID-19 ended, the milk in stores seems to expire very quickly, which caused us to throw away a lot of spoiled milk. I think that feeling of waste and disgust has caused me to be a bit withdrawn from milk. Every time I drink milk now I get a vague sense of uneasiness and worry, because I think it may be going bad even if it is totally safe and I worry about it going to waste even when it looks like we will drink it all on time.

I hope you do well in school! For me, this semester has been quite bad - I really hope I don't fail any courses but I also know I won't be getting very high grades regardless. I can only try and do better in the new year, there is no point feeling guilty and despairing about what I have already failed to do.

Yesterday I put a lot of effort in and made good progress on an important assignment. Today I will work very hard as well, and maybe I will be able to finish this assignment on time.

I want to finish my outstanding and overdue work before I start going to lectures again. I have missed almost four consecutive weeks of school (I think I went to one class last week). If my professors did not post their lectures online, I would likely be unable to catch back up to the class.

Even though things are bad, I am hopeful because I am ready to work again. My mother is disappointed in me for my lost time, but she is also supportive that I keep trying anyway.

First of all, due to my carelessness, all the words I typed disappeared after the computer was shut down, and no records were left on my translation website, so I had to type again.

I'd like to fulfill your request, but I think it would be difficult to get a good picture.
I also don't really want to post my neighborhood online, because a lot of spambots pester this site and I don't know what they can do with that info
Okay, but I haven't encountered a spam bot on this site yet, which is a good thing hahaha

Awesome! I am hopeful for the future of smart cars, but right now they seem sadly unreliable - from what I've seen.

The feeling of making rapid progress is a great feeling!
I also think that the current technology is not mature enough, but the smart car competition I participated in is more like a toy car.
However, the parts of the car must be assembled by oneself, and must be tracked through several methods, such as cameras and electromagnetic signals, and codes must be written to complete elements such as entering and exiting the roundabout, avoiding obstacles, entering and exiting the warehouse, etc.
This is fun, but also very boring, because it often takes a long time to adjust a parameter, and the car's hardware is prone to problems.

It sounds really bad and I would be in pain if I couldn't sleep properly, but I have never been in such a situation and can't relate to it. Maybe you can go out and see the scenery, or get a pet to improve your mood

I also went home this week. I haven’t been back for nearly two months. I miss my mother’s cooking.
Come on, it will take time to make up for the previous progress, but I believe you can do it.
I'm skeptical about increasing the dose of your medication, as it may make you stronger and require more medication, and that's definitely not good for your body.
You can try changing the dressing. If you find a suitable one, will it be more helpful to you?

I think of you too. I enjoy talking to you because you are very kind to me and also I find it interesting to learn about people from other countries!
You are also very friendly. I am very happy to meet you. I may read more of your posts when I study English in the future.

Regarding milk, I usually sell it in bulk. A box can be stored for several months. Fresh milk, which is milk that is stored for a short time, is more expensive than that, but it also tastes better. But I The largest bottle I bought was only one liter.
Because I work out regularly, I need to consume more protein, and I will buy protein powder to supplement it, because eating meat is too expensive.

I also hope to get good grades, but I have to study a lot. The competitions I participate in have nothing to do with the courses I want to study now, so this takes up my self-study time in most subjects. You shouldn't think so, for unknown things, I usually tell myself that I can do it, no matter how difficult it is, I accept the challenge. You should also believe in yourself. It doesn’t matter if you don’t do it. The process can always improve you.

Come on, the days are still long and I hope you hear your good news.

I vaguely recall participating in some sort of junior robotics activity back in elementary or maybe secondary school... Anyway, what I'm trying to say is whatever it was I had fun and I think toy cars are a very interesting activity for people of all ages.

I actually already have a pet cat. He is very adorable and I love him very much. Strangely, he had been somewhat unaffectionate to me while I was going through that poor sleep. He is being cuddly again now, and my mother and I believe it is because he could smell that I was unhealthy, and that caused him to be nervous around me.

About medication, my mother and I have also always been very skeptical about relying too much on medication. Right now, though I am on an extremely low dosage. If I were to double or even triple my dosage, it would not have much long term consequences, because I am really on a very small amount. I will just try to request a small increase first, next time I see my doctor. In my opinion it is better to be on as little medication as possible. However, for me taking none is not an option, because it would be too hard to function properly.

My other posts on this website are not written as carefully, so they may be hard to understand even with a fluent understanding of English
They will make no sense at all if you try to translate them, because I use a lot of casual language and shorthand that very likely will not be recognized by translation software.

If you do become more fluent in English though, I would be very happy to talk to you in other threads. I'm sure other members of ASDF would also welcome you very quickly!

Thank you for all your encouragement! I managed to hand in my last assignment of the semester just a few days ago, and I am hopeful I will get a good grade. All that I have left are my final exams, which I am a little worried about, but I plan on doing some studying to make sure I get the best marks I can.

I am looking forward to the next time we speak!
