That's not a bad D&D dungeon idea. The dungeon has no dangers or rewards, but you just get stuck there forever.
Actually, I guess it's similar to the classical Labyrinth (sans Minotaur).

The only way the dungeon has to kill you is to isolate and under-stimulate you for long periods to the point of insanity. Basically, the dungeon can't kill you but tries to make you commit suicide in despair.

I'm gonna use this, I think.
