You could just assume them and skip all this paragraph, don't worry an eldritch horror won't appear out of nowhere to eat you (or me for that matter) if you get this wrong, the worst that can happen is I ignore you and even in that case you can try again! There shouldn't be that many options anyway so if you get it wrong the first time try again and again. and as far as I know there is a chance that genetically some ppl are meant to be gay, and it's scientifically proved that it's not something abnormal in mammals to have gay individuals

And by the way the two chromosomes that define the sex only have to options, XY and XX, men and women... any other alteration is considered a sickness
Do you happen to know what's the difference between Chromosomic Sex, and Sexual Orientation? ANY alteration to ANY of the 46 "Normal" Chromosomes is HUMAN BEINGS, it's considered an abnormal karyotype. If it happens to affect the persons health then it's considered a Syndrom, not a disease nor a sickness.
