I feel like I just cleaned 16 years worth of dirt off my eyes I looks much cleaner/better than my AI upscaled version that I put on my wall as a decoration

I updated my avatar (I know, I know, after all this time I should have a new one, maybe someday)
it turns out that MS Paint in 2024 is somewhat better at downscaling, or else I've done something wrong the last time.

Nice! Much better now Except that in this new release, the framing reveals extra blue space which was never seen in the original. So I must frown

I could increase the size limit somewhat.. but I don't want an animated avatar, it would be annoying
