[PandaBunny Cupcake]

PandaBunny Cupcake wakes up after a long night of cramming for a biology test. She hears yells outside and sees three people fighting what look to be zombies right outside her apartment complex, but she knows these can't be zombies, that only happens in movies. She flips her long, dyed pink hair over one shoulder and goes out to meet the George Romero-esque cosplayers, taking a knife and some pepperspray just in case they're perverts. What she doesn't realize is that she was in a coma and the only thing keeping her alive was her aunt, who had passed away just one day before.

[The_Nomad]

The Nomad looked at the city from afar. He could hear the cries of someone, and heard the terrible groan of what could only be an abomination. He felt no fear, however. He had been in far too many situations to feel any fear. He travels had taken him here, to what might be a city of the damned. He did not know why he was here, in this land of death and decay, but he knew he had a purpose, a very important purpose. He smiled beneath the cloth covering his mouth, and began to wonder what that purpose was. He touched the machete, sheathed on his right side, and thought "Is my purpose to rid this damned place of it's remaining living? Or is it to give them salvation from this wretched place?" He thought a few moments longer, and then decided that he would learn his purpose soon enough. He began to walk towards the city, his cloak flowing behind him.

[PandaBunny Cupcake]

PandaBunny sees The Nomad and cries for help. She knows now that these "people" are indeed zombies and from the state of the city realizes that she was asleep for much longer than one night. She is mere seconds away from being bitten and is desperately hoping for a miracle.

[The_Nomad]

The Nomad turned and saw her. She was trying to fight off an abomination, but to no avail. "Salvation for at least her, it seems", he thought. He reach for his machete, unsheathed it, and ran to slay the assailants. In a mere moment, he met the abomination, and made a cut to it's head. The steel sliced easily through the already decaying flesh. A mere moment later he faced another, and then another. Each time cutting with precision and grace. In less than a minute, his enemies lay dead, never to rise again. He looked and studied the girl. She had long, pink hair, and beside her lay a knife and some pepperspray. He looked into her eyes for a moment, and saw what appeared to be awe. "That, or terror" he told himself. He reached out his hand.

It had been 13 minutes since John left the truck and the grocery store.....he assumed he was about a quarter mile out from the church.....at first it seemed easy going....using stealth and his knife to maneuver the tight streets and allies of this city and avoiding zombies...he hadn't heard from greyson in sometime....John had tried to contact him once before with no answer and now decided it was time for a second attempt....."greyson!.....do you copy........if your there please respond....." a moment passed...."damn it" john said aloud.....it was greysons friend he was going to "save".....now john knew nothing other than seeing the mission complete....and it seemed he was doing it alone.....he missed assdef's dependability about now.....john hit the walkie one last time...."NPC....you stay with the truck I'll radio if I absolutely need your assistance....but I'm still heading to the church...hopefully save greysons friend.....over and out".....and at that john positioned his satchel and adjusted his grip on the M16 and stood up from behind the dumpster and rounded the next corner of the alley......right onto the main st and into a quite large group of undead....john cursed himself for not checking the corner first.....had been a long while since hed left his gun shop and longer still since real urban combat.....a quick glance had john guessing the group at 20/30 strong and the first few where on him before the usual quick getaway could be made.....

The Nomad looked out the window, surprised to see a man out on the street. He was in the girl's apartment, whose name he had learned was PandaBunny. Not much had been said between them, but he knew she was not hostile. He grabbed his machete, and told PandaBunny "There is a man out there who needs help. I'll distract the abominations. Wait until they are out of site, and go with him. I'll meet up with you soon." With that he ran into the street and shouted "Here!" He ran near the abominations, and shouted again. With them after him, he ran into an alley. He shouted to the man, before he disappeared into the alley "There is a girl in the apartment! Protect her!"

PandaBunny was in shock.. she tried to find words at regular intervals.. but never seemed to find any that fit... she dimly acknowledged the man who saved her saying something and leaving.. something about... a man outside? She had not spoken much to the man but there were things she remembered.. His name wasn't one of them so she used one of her "fun words" and called him The Nomad.. she pondered this for a while and figured it fit him. He didn't speak much and when he did it was very formal so she assumed he was either not from around here.. or he hadn't been around people much. She resolved to ask the next person she saw, exactly how long she'd been asleep.

"Oh hello there i'm the doctor.. why are you sitting in this little room.. quite boring isn't it?"

As the young child woke up from a long sleep, Random found that the world was at an end. So… he tried to grab his father's gun and shoot things. It was a complete fail. The gun fell in the toilet and all he had was a air horn. He snickered. "Time to go case some mayhem." As he began to blast it everywhere he went, he had a great idea. *sarcastic* Go find Panda and show her. Then, blast it around and run. As he burst through the door, he decided to shoot the doctor.

[Buddster]

Buddster had waited in the dark for who knows how long, every day, he just sat there in his living room, looking at the blank screen of the TV. He couldn't remember how many days he had been here. The only time he left was to fend off the living dead that killed his entire family, get food, and to go to the restroom. He was running low on rations, he only had about 6 shots left in his M9. 'I won't let them get me, I'll avenge you guys.' Budd thought to himself, he picked up his duffel bag. He stuffed it with the last two clips to his AR-15, carefully placing in the red dot. He put his clothes, some sushi knives and cleavers his mom use to use. He put some cloth around them so they wouldn't cut the duffel bag, and left one out. He pulled the cardboard sheathe the sushi knife he had came with, and opened his doors. Screw the news cast. he ripped the doors, he could hear them shuffling things outside. They poured in on him, but he stepped back one fraction of a second ahead of them. He used the knife and killed the 3 that he could. As he was stabbing the 4th one, his knife broke. The rotted wooden handle snapped, leaving him a barely grippable metal handle. He fumbled in his duffel bag for another knife. The other zed were approaching him. He pulled two small kitchen knives and used them as throwing knives. They killed two, one more. He grabbed his mom's cleaver his father gave her and stuck it right between the eyes, it was time to leave.

And as he walked in, he saw a pistol. He grabbed it and ran, his COD experiences helping him. He shot a zombie in the head, then ran at the loud sound. Realizing it was him, he waited for another zombie to come. He walked into the house, and there was Buddster.

"Random? Never thought i would see you." Budd gestured at the pile of zombies below him, then said "Yup, my home. I'm heading to find a shelter, anything that could help me. By the way, do you have any spare M9 ammo?"

[Gameking]

Isaiah then woke up in his house in the middle of his floor. He then looked out the window and saw no walkers. He then looked for his hunting rifle and found it laying on his bed where he left it

[Buddster]

"Nevermind, you can follow me if you want, but I am leaving for sanctuary." Budd walked out of his house, leaving Random there, deciding. He was heading North, as the radio transmition had told him. He pulled the radio out of his duffel bag. "Those in the *static static* -tropolis area, head for the Northbound tracks. Follow them until the forest comes in *static static*, go inside Brookshire's forest, head South from there. You will come across a railyard, you have arrived at Alexandria." Budd started running, for the first time in forever, he had a smile on his face. Until he passed a very unusual house that captured his attention, his friend's, gameking. He hadn't noticed the house on all his runs, but since he was going to Alexandria, he might as well check for survivors or gameking himself. He got up to the door, and when he tried to open it, it was barred. He could still be very well alive. He pulled a cleaver in one hand and his M9 in the other. He shot the door two times, and the rotted wood busted, allowing entrance. He walked around the house, there was no sign of him, except the few loaves of bread, soda, and vegetables there was. They didn't have a speck of dust on them, interesting. He walked up the stairs where gameking would most likely be. His room. The door was shut, Budd got his pistol and knife ready in the event of something going terribly wrong. He yelled, "Gameking!" There was no reply. He tried again. He jiggled the knob, it was locked. Budd couldn't shoot the lock and waste ammo/ probably kill his friend. He grabbed his sledge hammer he also packed walking. He lifted the sand-filled sledge hammer and brought it down on the knob. It busted open, rebealing that Gameking was indeed alive. "Hey, got any spare M-9 ammo?"

PandaBunny wiped the blood off of her face as she left the overrun supermarket with a few nonperishables and some paracord. After that day, the day she woke up, she had gone there every day to grab a bag and add some stuff to her hoard. The stores are always empty in the movies but in reality, when everyone floods them for food they all end up dying. It was a shame but it meant more food for her. She patted Random on the head as she got back. "Ready for today's lesson?" He was the most annoying little companion ever but he would die if she left him alone for too long.

Still half asleep gameking said yeah not much though dont know if it would do any good. You didn't have to break my door nob you know. How long has it been. Feels like a long time. I was running low on supplies so i was getting ready to you know what. Have you thought of doing it to end the fear of turning into one of them? I was asleep and i just woke up so i was a little suprised no one has found me. When i heard the shots i was sure i was dead. I'm glad it was you though because i was going to shoot all my shots and then kill myself with the last shot.

"Yeah. We need to stick together, or we WILL end up like those things." Budd took the few bullets of M9 ammo Gameking had, and walked out of the house with him. "Every bullet helps." He said to his friend. They knew each other since the third grade, and now, they could both use a friend in a situation like this. They headed to another house, searching for some form of radio. They entered a house with a Big Rig in the back. They got in and saw the CB radio, they fumbled through the channels, then came across a broadcast. "All survivors, head to the Twin Towers Radio Broadcast, it is located JUST outside Alexandria. There is only a 3 day time window, so hurry." The two looked at each other, then talked into the broadcast. "We won't be able to make it!" The radio speaker seemed stunned, but said. "I can only extend it for 4 days. You have one week." That radio broadcast was a little over 630 miles, they would only make it by car. "You thinkin what I am?" Budd said. Isaiah went to the garage, then pulled something out. "SCORE!" Isaiah pulled a generator out of the garage. "Yeah, but do you have gas?" Isaiah nodded, pointing at the generator. It had a full tank. Budd went in and pulled out a welder, and some scrap metal. It was time to make a monster to battle the rest.

"budd i'm going to look for a little more gas or food. Any supplies we can find really. I don't think this house was searched yet so i'm going to get some supplies out of it." When gameking went in he flew right out to get a board or something useful to beat down a walker that was inside. After the walker was dead he found some shotgun shells in his backpack. "if he has shotgun shells there must be a shotgun somewhere around here. Gameking went up stairs to see if there was a shot gun and found nothing but a chocolate bar. Then he ate half of the chocolate bar. He walked down stairs and looked in a crate and found the shotgun, a rifle, and some ammunition. Then he found some tubes connected and then showed it to budd. Gameking then saw a trigger and pulled it while aim at a tree hoping it did some distruction. It just squirted out gas. Then he knew what it was. He pulled out a lighter and lit a match and hung it off in the front of the tube. He then pulled the trigger and it shot flames lighting the tree on fire.
