I made this which I think is pretty neat.
It actually is even cooler than it looks because what it does is parse the Python code with tree-sitter and link to nodes by checking their position in codes through the disassembled VM instructions. You could make a cute graph of which language constructs link to others or make a heatmap of node accesses or make a timeline of which specific CST nodes are executed at what times and scientists say (this is unconfirmed) you could look at it while you make sandwiches.
